Modular Machine Guards.

Using our Valuframe modular aluminium profile system, we have created standard designs for flat panels that can be easily assembled together on site.

Because the profiles use no welds and have no painted surfaces, they are easy to work with, will connect and re-connect easily if you need to change them and will look as good years later as the day you erected them.

Custom Machine Guarding.

Our custom build machine guard systems are also based on Valuframe aluminium profiles. The aluminium profiles are versatile and robust, and the guard will always be adaptable and you can always amend the design in the future without special tools or mess.

As the aluminium profile system uses connectors and screws to assemble, there is no welding and therefore you are able to change your guard with only simple hand tools.

Aluminium profiles are attractive and will not rust. They require no painting or welding. The profiles and panels are easily replaced if damaged by machinery or lift trucks etc. Also, the parts can be recycled and used for completely different applications such as tables or workbenches.

Make Your Own Machine Guards.

You can of course purchase all the parts needed from the Valuframe range of aluminium profile machine building systems and design your own guards or frameworks.

We can advise on the parts needed and also the infill materials.

We can deliver your guard as a kit of parts, complete with cut to length profiles, all the connectors you will need and even the panels cut to size. However don't rule out the assembled panels if your project is just perimeter guards, as this way we have done the assembly for you.

For some larger applications we can even help with design work by supplying simple layout drawings so you can see how your new machine guarding system will look.
