Our system works on the basis of supplying our customers with the machine guarding solution most suitable for them, not us. The panels shown left are flat pack machine guard panels supplied ready to be erected within moments. The flat pack approach reduces shipping costs to the customer. Assembly on site is simple and can be carried out by the customer with their own labour, or we can arrange installation on site.
For our standard size guarding panels we have set menu prices so there are no hidden costs, everything is up front.
These panels come assembled and the price includes a double or single foot, and a connector bracket kit to link to the next panel. There is a vast choice in infill materials such as painted steel, welded or woven square mesh, special punched panel materials, polycarbonate, acrylic, welding screen materials and many more. Installation is usually a 1-man job.
